    I received my prints but I changed my mind, want something else?
    • Since all items are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns / exchanges for change of mind unfortunately
    • We want you to LOVE your prints, so please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order if there are any issues
    • Email nomadscollectionco@gmail.com - we want to make things right, so please don't hesitate to reach out
  • DAMAGES & ISSUES

    My items arrived damaged, or I got sent the wrong item? 
    • Things happen in transit so if your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order
    • Please provide picture evidence and we will replace it at no cost to you after verification!
  • CANCELLATIONS

    I changed my mind soon after placing my order, can I cancel it?
    • Yes you can cancel your order up until we begin production (typically 1-2 business days)
    • After this, your order enters an automated fulfillment process and is out of our hands
    • Please contact us immediately so we can do our best to stop it from entering production and provide you a full refund
