How long will it take to arrive? 

• Items should arrive within 1-2 weeks from order date unless order is placed on a holiday / weekend - then please allow up to the full 2 weeks
• Prints are custom made-to-order so production will typically be completed 2-3 business days after your order is submitted
• Shipping will take another 3-5 business days after we have quality controlled the prints

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Kind of... if you realize soon enough

• Please double-check your shipping address is entered correctly. We are unable to reship or refund items due to incorrect shipping details. 
• But IF production has not started (typically 1 day), you can cancel your order & change your shipping address by placing a new order

What should I expect? How will my items arrive? Will it get damaged?

• Your print order will arrive in a triangular prism box with a "be caution" sticker to protect it in transit
• Prints will be rolled up with tissue paper for protection
• Please unwrap carefully and flatten out the rolled print by placing it on a flat surface and placing a flat object (a frame) over it
